Training Initiatives Inc. was founded by three individuals who wanted to move beyond the confines of the traditional box. Their first contract in 2002 established them as a professional training company. Two of the three original partners remain and under their leadership Training Initiatives, Inc. has grown from the original three to nine full-time employees with multiple training contracts.
