Training Initiatives Inc. was founded by three rebellious individuals
who wanted to move beyond the confines of the traditional box. Their first contract bid
established them as a professional training company.
Training Initiatives Inc. has grown, in three short years, from the original
three to eleven full-time employees with multiple training contracts.

Jeanne Rademacher
President and Certified Workforce
Development Professional
Ms. Rademacher has spoken at national and state conferences for groups such as the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, Florida Nurses Association, the Florida Associations of Physicians and the Florida Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse. She was also a member of Glaxo Welcome Speakers Bureau.
In addition, Ms. Rademacher is a certified Florida Department of Law Enforcement instructor and is adjunct faculty at Daytona Beach Community College and Seminole Community College.

Chester McNorton
Vice-President and Certified Workforce
Development Professional
Mr. McNorton has over 15 years in the workforce development field. In addition to being a workshop facilitator, he is currently a Volusia County School Volunteer Speaker and President of the Pierson Board of the Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc.
Mr. McNorton is also a certified Career Planner and a Florida Certified Workforce Professional.
